About tour
Welcome Borealis Point reindeer farm, Hear interesting stories about reindeer and reindeer husbandry. You get to experience feeding reindeer from your hand, and of course take a lot of photos!
When arriving you are provided with long windproof jacket that you can wear over your own outdoor gear. After a while with the reindeer we will go around the resort seeing our multiple wooden animal sculptures and hear stories about local animals and then head out to a 2 kilometer hike in the woods where you will hear exciting stories about local wildlife.
After the hike you will enter our atmospheric Laplander’s hut to eat lunch. For lunch plentiful Lappish creamy game soup and white bread. For drinks warm juice, tea or campfire coffee. And of course, for dessert sweet Finnish berries in vanilla sauce. After lunch you will have time to enjoy multiple fun snow activities, like go sliding in the sleigh hill and play suopunki lasso game.
